1. Always be respectful & polite

2. Please be on time or advise of cancellation or delays asap

3. Present neat & tidy or as best you can

4. Remove heavily soiled work boots/shoes at the front door

5. Oral Hygiene must be of a good standard

6. Showering is a requirement not an option

7. Payment at the commencement of the booking

8. Do not turn up unexpectedly

9. Intoxication: If you are under the influence of heavy drugs or alcohol use, the booking will be cancelled. (Refund to be discussed with Escort or Masseuse)

10.Should you decide to cancel a booking upon arrival, a fee will be payable (to be discussed with Escort or Masseuse)

11.Maia Manor rooms are not available to private users.
